1. Before the furniture arrives at your home, it must first pass a rigorous double-inspection process done by our own group of trained furniture inspectors. Most furniture, when delivered from other stores, is unboxed in the truck or when already in the home. We don’t consider this a safe or adequate setting to perform a quality inspection.
2. Once your furniture is approved by our inspection team, it is then carefully prepared and blanket-wrapped for the trip to your home.
3. Our logistics team will contact you and set up a delivery date that works with your schedule. You’ll then be given a window of time for the arrival of your furniture on that day.
4. The furniture will be delivered to your home by our highly-trained delivery team, brought to your room of choice; then safely installed and readied for your approval and immediate use.
