In some cases, merchandise on our websites may be out of stock, may not be available for viewing in our retail location or may be discontinued without notice.
All prices and services featured on our websites are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the continental U.S. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of titles, prices, item numbers, options, available sizes, descriptions, availability, and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors, and in certain cases the size, finish, fabric, hardware or product feature detail shown may not accurately reflect the price shown. It is also possible that the image shown may not be the actual product named or priced because of a website error. Country Willow reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted through the website, over the phone, by email or in person and whether or not the order has been confirmed, your credit card charged or payment made or received in any form. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Country Willow will issue a credit back to you in the form it was received in the amount of the purchase.
We are proud of our products and may reference materials (such as wood or fabric) and manufacturing techniques throughout the website. Product composition and manufacturing techniques vary by product and may change over time without notice. Final products may vary in color, finish, size, fabric, or other features without limit. With cut yardage and swatches, fabric widths and repeats may vary and color variations will occur by dye lot. Products shown on our website offering custom or special order options may be priced based on the item in a standard finish, size and/or without special features. Upholstery shown on our website offering custom or special order options may be priced in a starting- or base-grade fabric and/or without any special options including finish, trim, size or features.
If an item is in stock, the total order amount (including sales tax, shipping and delivery charges) will be: charged to your credit card, paid by check or cash, financed, or deducted from your gift card or account balance in full, at the time the order is placed. Partial payment is required for special order items; however, we reserve the right to request full payment at time of purchase.
WARRANTY
The only warranties and guarantees provided by Country Willow are expressly set forth in the Country Willow Sales Order Policy in effect on the date of purchase, which Customer acknowledges has been reviewed. Country Willow disclaims all conditions, warranties, and guarantees that are not expressly set forth therein and any implied conditions, warranties, and/or guarantees, including, absent limitation, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Any action relating to the use of countrywillow.com or countrywillowkids.com must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, Westchester County.
