HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM?

All applicants must complete and submit the application and send a completed W9 to Trade@countrywillow.com

IF I AM A MEMBER, AM I CONSIDERED AN EMPLOYEE OF COUNTRY WILLOW?

By joining, you are not considered an employee of County Willow, nor does becoming a member make you eligible for employee-related benefits. However, you will be receiving a 1099 Form on all earned commission.

IF I APPLY, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MEMBERSHIP ID NUMBER?

You will receive your Membership ID number via e-mail within 48 hours of submitting your completed application.

HOW SOON CAN I START SHOPPING WITH MY CLIENT?

As soon as you receive your Membership ID.

DO I HAVE TO BE A DESIGNER TO JOIN?

Yes. This program is intended for all active design professionals, specifically interior designers, architects, and builders. You must have an active business license to participate.

DO I NEED TO UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND REQUEST A NEW MEMBERSHIP ID IF I CHANGE JOBS OR PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT?

Yes, you must notify us of any employment change and provide a revised W9 form so we can update your information.

SHOULD EACH MEMBER OF MY FIRM HAVE A PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP ID?

Yes, if each member receives their own earnings, they will need to apply separately for an individual Member ID. However, if a firm will be receiving earnings, then each member does not need an ID.

WHAT IF I MOVE AND MY ADDRESS CHANGES?

Notify us ASAP and provide a revised W9 form reflecting the new address. Contact Trade@countrywillow.com

HOW CAN I OPT OUT OF THE PROGRAM OR CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

HOW MUCH DO I EARN?

Choose between 2 plans: Earn 5% cash back on delivered sales or a 15% discount off merchandise. Product & sale promotion exclusions may apply. See store associate for details. Eligibility can change annually. (Earnings before tax and delivery. Protection Plan not eligible).

WHEN/HOW DO I RECEIVE EARNINGS?

A completed W9 is required for earnings to be released. Please send your completed W9 to Trade@countrywillow.com. Earnings are paid quarterly and are based on delivered-sales volume. Checks will be mailed to the address listed on the W9 within 30 days of close of the quarter.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLIENT RETURNS AN ORDER?

The designer may be responsible for repaying the commission issued on the returned piece. See store for additional details.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS FOR PLACING AN ORDER?

A 50% deposit must be paid to process your client’s purchase. Form of payment is at the discretion of the designer.

ARE MY EARNINGS TAXABLE?

Yes, you will receive a 1099 Form at the end of the tax year.

HOW DO I GET A SALES TAX EXEMPTION?

We require a Resale Certificate for each state where items are being delivered.

DOES MY CLIENT NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN I’M SHOPPING?

No, but if a client is not present, they will still be required to sign all necessary documentation.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WITH MY CLIENT IN THE SHOWROOM?

Yes, we request that you accompany your client on showroom visits to avoid any confusion about how the process works. Appointments are highly encouraged to ensure the best experience possible.

WHAT IF I NEED TO REQUEST A FABRIC OR LEATHER SAMPLE?
